Extended Stay America Suites - Tampa - Airport - Spruce Street

The location and price was the reason that I selected this hotel, but the employees are the reason that I am giving it the highest rating (Maxine Phillips). She was busy but so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and ready early and she was happy to accommodate the early arrival. She took the time to walk outside to point out restaurants within walking distance. She even called the room to make sure everything was to our liking.

The staff. They are very helpful an polite an patient. The room was very clean. they made my experience here pleasant. The manager is amazing she's very understanding an down to earth and more than willing to help.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming 🙏, hotel was clean and peaceful. Fairly priced while all other hotels upcharged during taylor swift concert.

I liked how my room came with a kitchen, I honestly think that's a huge plus. When you turn on the television your immediately introduced on how to use the the TV Guide and it tells you things to do inside the hotel. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the seats were comfortable.
